With over 27 years of sales experience Michael brings his diverse background to real estate. He is exceptional in sales, and works tirelessly at providing outstanding service from beginning to end of each transaction.

He has a passion for educating his clients about their options, and his knowledge in both sales and real estate provides the perfect platform. He can often be heard explaining to his clients "Im going to tell you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear." Jonathan Belec has three years experience in Commercial Real-Estate Brokerage and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Having worked with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group since 2017, Jonathan has focused his specialization on Private Equity investments sales, including multifamily and mixed-used properties, as well as office buildings. Being an avid real-estate investor himself, he knows what it takes to help the vendor maximize his property’s market and economic value. 

Fluent in both French and English, Jonathan enjoys helping investors make great transactions in Montreal’s most up and coming neighbourhoods. He works diligently and actively to close transactions.
