With over 27 years of sales experience Michael brings his diverse background to real estate. He has a passion for educating his clients about their options, and his knowledge in both sales and real estate provides the perfect platform. A resourceful and multidimensional real estate broker, April has ample experience in the sectors of interior decorating, home staging, property management and fixing and flipping high-end properties. Her acquired skillset, expertise and overall versatility gives her a unique edge and the ability to be especially accommodating to her clients throughout all aspects of the buying and selling process. 

She is a Montreal native who attended the University of Miami for her undergraduate degree and subsequently moved to Los Angeles, where she owned and operated her own luxury home staging and interior decorating business. While living in Los Angeles, April also successfully renovated and sold a number of luxury residential properties. In mid 2019, she decided to move back to Montreal, where she began working in property management and eventually obtained her residential real estate broker’s license. 

In addition to offering standard broker services, (at her clients’ request,) April is also pleased to provide her expert opinion and recommendations relating to staging, decorating and value add renovations. Her goal is to use her knowledge and prior experiences to be as helpful and supportive to her clients as possible from A to Z of a transaction and beyond.

After completing her Bachelor in Economics she pursued real estate appraisal studies while simultaneously working in an appraisal firm. Assignments she has participated in included: multi-residential and mixed-use buildings, seniors’ residences and agricultural land, industrial and retail properties, hotels and feasibility studies. Later on, she moved into the financing space (@ CMLS) working with the CMHC and developers on new high-rise multi-residential construction projects.

Jonathan Belec has three years experience in Commercial Real-Estate Brokerage and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Having worked with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group since 2017, Jonathan has focused his specialization on Private Equity investments sales, including multifamily and mixed-used properties, as well as office buildings. Being an avid real-estate investor himself, he knows what it takes to help the vendor maximize his property’s market and economic value. 

Fluent in both French and English, Jonathan enjoys helping investors make great transactions in Montreal’s most up and coming neighbourhoods. He works diligently and actively to close transactions.
