LESSEE MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
No smoking allowed (tobacco & cannabis). No
pets allowed. The lessee must provide a credit check from
an accredited company, proof of income and references to
the lessor's satisfaction. The lessee must obtain $2
million tenant liability insurance and provide proof to the
lessor before the start of the lease. The lessee shall
remit the first month's rent upon signing the lease. The
lessee shall read and agree to the building's rules and
regulations. The lessee shall pay a deposit of $75.00 to
the lessor for the key and fob (deposit returned at end of
lease upon return of key and fob). The lessee is not
permitted to sublease or transfer the lease without written
permission from the landlord. The lessee is responsible for
all moving costs.
